Onboard our top equipped, modern and beatiful sailing yachts you will have all the best possibilities to try to sail for your first time or to improve your already achieved skills. And why not in combination with a business meeting, conference, kickoff or as a regatta och sailracing arrangement under fun and entertaining forms. We have arranged sailing events for companies and private groups from 2 \u2013 200 guests for almost 15 years. On the following pages we hope to be able to show you what a variety of fantastic activities there are to pick and choose from. Sailing events for companies and private groups.<\/h2>\n

Our educated and certified skippers will guide you to the most beatiful places the archipelago has to offer. All equipment one can wish for are available onboard and sailing gear (jackets\/trousers) in all sizes are available for you as well as life wests on arrival. No previous experience from sailing is needed, since there will be a representative from us as skipper onboard, being responsible for the safety onboard as well as our guests conveniences.\u00a0The idea and concept is to let all the guests who wants, to try everything onboard such as steering, navigation, triming etc. An exiting, memorable and fun experience in an enormously beatiful environment is waiting for you. Frequently asked questions about sailing in Stockholm<\/h2>\n

[\/vc_column_text][vc_toggle title=”What should I wear and bring for sailing?” css_animation=”none”]Wear comfortable outdoor clothing suited to the weather conditions on the day. In sunny weather, you may want to bring swimwear, a towel, sunscreen and a cap. Early or late in the season, an extra fleece can also be useful.
\nGood footwear is important so that you can move around safely and take an active part in the sailing. Trainers or similar shoes are recommended, but please avoid shoes with black soles.
\nSailing gear, including jackets and trousers, is always available to borrow on board for all participants in sizes S to XXL. The gear provides protection against wind, rain and cold and is designed to be worn over your regular clothing.
\nAlthough the weather is often better in the Stockholm archipelago, if rain is expected it can also be useful to bring an extra pair of shoes and socks.[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”Do I need previous sailing experience?”]Not at all. In fact, those who have never been out sailing before often have the best
\nexperience.
\nThere is always a responsible skipper\/coach on board who is in charge of safety and
\nprovides guidance throughout the sailing experience. This allows everyone to get involved and develop their sailing skills in an enjoyable setting.[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”Is food and drink included on board?”]It is certainly true that being at sea can make you hungry. Coffee, tea, buns, sweets and mineral water are always included in our sailing events.
\nAny meals on board can be arranged according to your preferences when making the
\nbooking.[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”Is seasickness common during your sailing events?”]After more than 800 sailing events with clients and nearly 100,000 guests on board our boats, the simple answer is no.
\nIt is a fairly common question beforehand, but has historically not been an issue once guests are on board. In the unlikely event that someone does feel seasick, every boat carries a well-stocked marine first-aid kit with medication for seasickness. The medication is replaced regularly but, historically, has never needed to be used.[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”How large a group can take part in a sailing event?”]We have organised events involving 38 sailing boats and nearly 350 participants.[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”How many guests can sail on each boat?”]Up to 12 participants or guests can be accommodated on each boat, in addition to a skipper and crew member from Sailing Events.[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”Where do your sailing events depart from?”]Our home port is at Bulland\u00f6 Marina on V\u00e4rmd\u00f6, the largest marina on Sweden’s east coast. This is also where our office and workshop are located.<\/p>\n

However, we can arrange pick-up and drop-off according to your preferences.
